About
Hi, I'm Danielle Gioia White.
I’m a performance strategist and coach helping people rediscover joy in work and life. I quickly translate discovery to results, connecting the dots to practical growth solutions for individuals, teams, and organizations. It’s my passion to inspire personal insights and deepened awareness that lead to energy for action that makes a difference.
Together we’ll tap into existing strengths, develop new skills, and co-create inventive opportunities to evolve nimbly for lasting impact. People I work with say I’m a systems thinker with a knack for designing holistic value-add strategies, always balancing big picture thinking with delivery on the details.
I bring 20 years of experience in learning, leadership, and organizational development, and have spent half that time honing my craft as a professional leadership coach. My unique collaborative and consultative approach has delivered measurable results across healthcare and technology organizations, sales and account management teams, behavioral health clinicians, operations and corporate shared services groups, and government and nonprofit organizations.
I lead with deep empathy and apply strengths-based, positive psychology practices as a Certified Gallup CliftonStrengths® Coach. My Top 5 CliftonStrengths are Strategic, Empathy, Relator, Connectedness, and Intellection. I hold a Master of Arts in Instructional Systems Development from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from UMBC.
When I’m not coaching and strategizing, I enjoy playing outdoors near my home in Ellicott City, Maryland with my husband and two sons, listening to jam bands, and cooking without a recipe.
